Description . Assistant Manager (Ops Leader) Only Internal Birlasoft Employees 8-10 years\' experience Pune Key roles & responsibilities: Principal Accountabilities: Oversee all aspects of finance & MIS reporting within the VBUs & HBUs - Ensure full Revenue accruals , Avoid any Revenue Leakages, monitor contributions - Drive creation and monitoring of Annual Operating Plan and quarterly reporting - Inputs on pricing and contract management - MIS Dash Boards and data management for periodic SBU review on both financial and operational metrics - Drive automation of reports within the SBU Resource process management in line with global guidelines - Own Delivery pyramid and utilization Drive productivity improvement via operational levers ensure optimum span of control across projects in the VBU & HBU - Create short term and long term work force plan for BU - Own and implement processes for demand, supply management and fulfilment - Develop a cross skilled resource pool by designing efficient job rotation and training policies - Maintain resource bench and drive project fulfilment as per project team SLAs and in line with Global Ops excellence guidelines - Provide on-demand visibility of resource availability and requirements - Help different practices in sharing resources and ensuring transparent visibility across the two - Enable cross-SBU resource sharing as required - Monitor and safeguard against employee attrition Point of contact for escalation management on day to day operations within the VBUs & HBUs Support for sales operations, pipeline management, account planning, performance reporting, etc Drive overall operational productivity Deliver performance on key Ops and financial metrics - bench, utilization, fulfilment, revenue leakage, project realization, collections, among others Work with sales and delivery teams to understand requirement for resources based on skill and seniority Support of practice/delivery heads to identify resources for rotation and training Support VBUs & HBUs improvement initiatives along with PEG and delivery excellence Liaise with other enabling functions for day-to-day VBU & HBU Ops Qualifications & Attributes: .
