  • Prior experience in Procurement
  • Knowledge on End to End Accounts Payable activities
  • Experience in Indexing, Keying different type of Invoices, creation of Purchase Order, Purchase Requisition, Goods Receipting, invoice processing, Sourcing/Buyers
  • Attaining a level of subject matter expertise
  • Interact with the Stake holders over e-mails & conference calls as necessary
  • Interaction with Internal Management
  • Ability to train and manage People
  • Previous experience on managing Transition a plus
  • To possess good reporting knowledge – To manage required reporting part of Operations
  • To ensure adherence to SLA & agreed terms as per the SOW
  • Document preparation like SOP, FMEA, Process maps, PAS Audit, MBR, QBR etc
  • Initiate cross training and create adequate back ups
  • Analyze and research all discrepancies/exceptions in the process.
  • Monitor key performance parameters of the process
  • To work under minimum supervision and to comply with established procedures or as directed by Manager
  • To consistently identify and implement new ways to improve the quality of work and improve the means of working on processes.
  • To possesses good knowledge on Excel, Word, Visio & Power Point Presentation
  • Actively, offering ideas, insights and recommendations towards process improvements which will enable team to improve its overall efficiency
  • To undertake such other additional duties as required and leadership qualities Knowledge of the process and systems
  • High level of computer proficiency and excellent MIS skills
  • Ability to coach and give feedback on an ongoing basis
  • Clear written and verbal communication
