: Carryout local implementation of the operational HR & Administration tools & processes in coordination with country HR Director
Initiate, coordinate and perform operational tasks and processes related to recruitment, payroll and C&B (e.g. Payroll run, insurances, leave, pensions and social security, salary bands, mobility, collective/local agreements, letters)
Manage employee life cycle (e.g. offboarding activities, employee reference requests, attendance to mandatory training) for site. Inform all relevant parties and follow up.
Ensure competent administration and documentation of all processes
Support managers and employees of the supported function in all administrative & HR matters
Support annual budgeting and make sure that budget goals are met
Work with people managers for site engagement including plan for Fun@work
Implement wellness initiatives as per Ferring India plan
