Assistant Manager - IFRS 17 Reporting Accountant - 3+ Years - Mumbai/Pune/Bangalore
We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Assistant Manager - IFRS 17 Reporting Accountant to join a dynamic and progressive team. The ideal candidate should be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3+ years of relevant experience and hands-on exposure to IFRS 17. The role requires strong expertise in end-to-end accounting, IFRS 17 implementation and reporting, and financial reporting, along with a solid understanding of IFRS standards and regulatory compliance. Candidates with a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and an interest in process improvement are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities: * Manage end-to-end accounting and preparation of financial statements in compliance with IFRS 17 requirements.

• Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting under IFRS 17.
• Handle technical accounting matters related to IFRS 17, including interpretation and implementation support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless IFRS 17 compliance and reporting.
• Support audits, controls, and process improvements to enhance reporting quality and governance.

Requirements: * Qualified CA with 3+ years of experience OR post-qualification (MBA or M.com) in finance with 5+ years of experience.

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in IFRS 17 is mandatory.
• Strong experience in end-to-end accounting, including financial reporting, preparation of financial statements, P&L, and Balance Sheet.
• Solid understanding of IFRS standards with strong technical accounting knowledge.
• Exposure to the insurance sector or financial services, with current insurance company experience preferred.
