Responsibilities - * Claims Management: Handle the end-to-end management of IBA (Insurance Broking Accounts) claims with precision and compliance.

• Customer Interaction: Engage with clients to resolve queries, build relationships, and ensure top-notch service levels.
• Reconciliations: Conduct reconciliations of accounts to ensure transparency and accuracy in reporting.
• Process Improvement: Continuously improve and streamline IBA processes to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed reports for internal stakeholders to keep them abreast of claim statuses and actionable insights.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other accounting, compliance, and operational teams for seamless execution of tasks.
