for the role of Assistant Manager - IAC Technical. The ideal candidate will oversee installation, maintenance, and technical operations of IAC (Indoor Amusement Center) equipment and infrastructure across multiple locations. This role demands hands-on technical expertise, leadership, and flexibility to travel for project execution and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Operations:
Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of amusement equipment and mechanical systems.
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of rides, games, and technical setups.
Ensure safety compliance and operational efficiency of all technical assets.
Project Management:
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for timely execution of technical projects.
Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Travel to various locations for site assessments, installations, and troubleshooting.
Team Leadership:
Lead and train technical staff on equipment handling, safety protocols, and maintenance procedures.
Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to company standards.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment logs, and project updates.
Report technical issues and resolutions to senior management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years in technical operations, preferably in amusement, entertainment, or mechanical maintenance sectors.
Skills:
Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
Familiarity with safety standards and compliance.
Good communication and leadership abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
