MAIN JOB PURPOSE: We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications and databases, from front-end to back-end. You should be passionate about building user-friendly and efficient web solutions while staying updated on emerging technologies and best practices in the industry. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Front-end Development: Develop user interfaces and user experiences using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js). Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement designs and ensure responsiveness across different devices. Back-end Development: Design and develop server-side logic using languages like Node.js, Python, Ruby, or PHP. Create and maintain APIs for seamless communication between the front-end and back-end systems. Implement data storage solutions and databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) to manage application data efficiently. Full Stack Development: Integrate front-end and back-end components to create a cohesive and fully functional application. Ensure the application\'s security, performance, and scalability are up to industry standards. Testing and Debugging: Perform unit testing and end-to-end testing to identify and fix bugs and issues. Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality software products. Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas for improving the product. Deployment and Maintenance: Deploy applications to production environments and manage continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Monitor applications and troubleshoot performance issues, ensuring high uptime and responsiveness. Continuous Learning: Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in web development and technologies. Proactively suggest improvements and implement new technologies to enhance product performance and user experience. KEY REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role, with a portfolio of completed web applications or projects. Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js). Solid understanding of back-end languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby, PHP) and server-side development. Experience with databases and data modeling using SQL or NoSQL solutions. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements and priorities. Preferred (but not mandatory) Skills: Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Understanding of DevOps practices and automation tools. Familiarity with mobile app development (iOS/Android).
