Role Description The Assistant Manager role is a full-time on-site position located in Hyderabad. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the accounting and outsourcing team, providing guidance to team members, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services to clients. The Assistant Manager will also be responsible for managing client relationships and serving as a point of contact for clients. Qualifications Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in accounting and financial management Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Experience in client relationship management is a plus Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA are desirable Middle east experience is a must Experience in food & beverage industry will be an added advantage
