Job Description


Overview Main Purpose : The purpose of the role is to: Receive, process and reconcile supplier and carrier invoices Support generation of PO for payment Follow up with suppliers and develop related report for tracking Support ANZ SC administrative activities as required, such as PO raising, invoice management, compliance check, etc. Responsibilities Accountabilities : Invoice Management - NZ Receive and process supplier and carrier invoices each week Reconcile invoices and ensure match up to shipments in system Escalate any invoices amount deviations over the threshold limit Ensure all invoices are processed and follow up with suppliers if required to ensure service levels are met Service and Distribution reporting Ensure timely invoice receipting in system (e.g. MyBuy, SAP) Reconcile overdue invoices and resolve issues with vendors/AP Finance Administration Process and apply for purchase orders for invoice payments Contribute and support in-market stakeholders with costing reports and end of month closures PO raising Raise orders for uniforms and boots based on defined intervals and budget Raise orders for access cards based on define intervals and budget Compliance checks Follow up with relevant PepsiCo sponsors to ensure contractors are inducted in system (e.g. Rapid Global) Verify information entered by contractors on system Admin activities Support re-routing of incoming calls Assist onsite staff with super user support for systems (e.g. Rapid Global Management) Generate reports (e.g. attendance) for managers upon request Tasks as required from time to time (for example, supporting reporting, system maintenance, assistance in projects delivery etc.) Qualifications Key Skills : Bachelor degree, with working experience in FMCG, or similar experience SAP expertise needed. Experience in AP processing and Mybuy desired Ability to analyse information and generate accurate reports, with an ability to meet deadlines. Ability to prioritize and work under pressure. Good learning and self-improvement ability Be an enthusiastic and energetic individual whose flexibility allows you to excel both independently and as part of a team. Be a proven team player with the ability to communicate effectively Possess high personal integrity and standards Highly analytical with particular attention to detail Customer-centric and collaborative Good English skills
