PostAssistant Manager - HR
- Executing all HR related transactions- Managing end to end recruitment process- Employee on-boarding and off-boarding activities- Upgrading / framing policies for the Organization- Administering leave & attendance- Conducting regular training sessions for employees- Work with improved HR analytics and review with management for taking decisions- Administering official tour management- Oversee performance appraisal system that drives high performance- Responsible for health insurance related activities- Responsible for statutory compliance related to various audits- Responsible for employee engagement activities- Executing other miscellaneous jobs as and when necessaryQualification / Experience / Skillset
- MBA (HR)- MBA with engineering background shall be given preference- 6 to 8 years of experience in HR field- Good communication skills- Quick learning attitudeSalary
