Job Summary:
As anAssistant Manager - Human Resources is responsible for managing and streamlining HR operations, ensuring smooth execution of policies, payroll, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives. The role focuses on supporting day-to-day HR functions, maintaining employee records, ensuring statutory compliance, and implementing people practices that enhance organizational efficiency and culture.
Roles and Responsibilities
Manage HR operations including attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company HR policies.
Maintain accurate employee records, documentation, and HR databases.
Support performance management, goal tracking, and appraisal processes.
Plan and execute employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
Prepare and present HR reports and analytics for management review.
Requirements
Master's degree in Human Resources
5 to 8 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
Strong knowledge of HR processes, payroll, and statutory compliance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
