Job Summary



The Assistant Manager - HR will primarily drive recruitment and HR operations for the mall, ensuring timely manpower availability, smooth employee lifecycle management, and effective coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities



Recruitment & Manpower Operations (Primary Focus)



Handle end-to-end recruitment for mall operations and facility management Coordinate hiring for vendor-based recruitment Manage offer letters, joining formalities, background verification, and onboarding Ensure optimal manpower strength as per mall operational requirements

HR Operations & Administration



Manage employee records Execute timely induction, confirmation and exit processes Support operations of mall management staff

Vendor & Contract Labour Management



Coordinate HR activities for outsourced vendors (security, housekeeping, technical, parking) Track attendance and replacement closures Ensure vendors meets manpower commitments and operational SLAs

Employee Relations & Engagement



Address employee grievances and operational HR issues Drive employee engagement activities, across all verticals

HR MIS & Reporting



Prepare daily and monthly manpower, recruitment, and attrition MIS

Training and Development



Understanding and preparing the Training calendar with support of Business head.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?700,000.00 - ?800,000.00 per year
