Policy Assurance:
Develop, implement, and audit HR policies to align with clinical governance, patient safety, and quality standards.
2. Talent Management
Recruitment:
Lead end-to-end recruitment for a diverse team, including hospitality (front office, F&B) and specialized wellness roles.
Onboarding & Training:
Design and execute orientation and ongoing training programs focused on both luxury service delivery and mandated clinical/safety procedures.
Performance:
Oversee the performance management cycle, ensuring alignment with job competencies and resort service goals.
3. Employee Relations & Operations
Conflict Management:
Serve as the trusted point of contact for employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
HR Administration:
Manage the HRIS, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and ensure 100% compliance with all

Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum
4 years
of progressive HR experience.
Industry Focus:
Proven experience in the
Hospitality, Healthcare, or Wellness industry

Demonstrable working knowledge and experience with NABH standards
(or a similar healthcare quality accreditation).
Education:
Master's degree in HR.
Skills:
Excellent communication, strong legal compliance knowledge, and proficiency in an HRIS.
