Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end hiring for all departments.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with department heads.
Use platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed for sourcing.
Build a strong pipeline for urgent & technical positions.

Onboarding & Documentation
Handle onboarding, induction, and joining formalities.
Maintain employee files, contracts, and HR records.
Ensure smooth orientation and department alignment for new hires.

HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain attendance, leaves, and HRMS records.
Coordinate payroll inputs with accounts.
Implement HR policies and ensure compliance.

Employee Engagement & Culture
Plan engagement initiatives, internal communication, and team activities.
Support performance reviews and monthly feedback cycles.
Address employee queries and maintain a healthy work culture.

AI & Productivity Tools (Preferred)
Familiarity with tools like
ChatGPT, Zoho People, Google Workspace,
etc.
Ability to use AI tools to automate hiring tasks, JD creation, and employee communication.
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in HR (agency/tech/hospitality hiring preferred).
Strong communication and people management skills.
Good understanding of hiring for
digital, tech, and marketing roles
.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
