Job Summary
We are looking for a
dynamic and experienced HR professional
to join us as an
Assistant Manager - HR
. The ideal candidate should have at least
3 years of experience
in HR operations, team supervision, and employee performance management.
This role requires strong leadership skills to manage a small team, ensure smooth HR functioning, and support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and guide a small HR team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
Handle
employee lifecycle management
- joining, onboarding, exit formalities, and timely hiring as per requirements.
Prepare and share
daily reports
with the Director's Executive Assistant.
Generate and present
employee performance charts
on a
weekly, 15-day, and monthly basis
.
Ensure all staff achieve their assigned work and targets.
Maintain proper documentation and HR records.
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for new positions as per organizational needs.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and processes.
Coordinate with management for manpower planning and execution.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum
3 years of proven HR experience
.
Strong knowledge of HR operations, hiring, and performance management.
Ability to generate detailed reports and performance dashboards.
Excellent communication and team-handling skills.
Proactive, organized, and result-oriented.
Flexibility to adjust to shift timings if required.
