Primary Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):
Owning the entire employee experience, from onboarding to engagement to performance management, and sometimes, exit
Identifying and driving best practices from across the world's leading organizations adapted to the GL family's benefit
Driving HR automation, one initiative after the other
Building and driving communication and engagement activities, through diligence and creativity
Qualifications
Desired candidate profile:
0 to 3 years as an HRBP, preferably in a digital economy firm
If you have experience dealing with business unit heads directly, you'll enjoy replicating that experience with our awesome leaders
Dexterity with data will get you the chance to drive some truly challenging projects
An attitude of team above all else is something we cherish
A passion for growing emerging brands with huge potential.
* Experience in working with Digital B2C brands, PR, and TV campaigns.
