Ten years of experience in any leading organization with a minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources functions.
Excellent in networking and interpersonal skills.
Must be a graduate.
Preferably a male candidate with age above 30 years.
Familiarity with Automobile Industry will be an added advantage.
Candidate with less experience can be applied, will be considered for junior level designations.
What you will do:
Develops and implements recruiting and screening systems and procedures in order to attract qualified candidates for position vacancies.
Maintains effective communications at all levels of management and staff.
Assists in maintaining and creating a positive atmosphere within the organization that allows for open two-way communication that ensures morale and productivity reach the highest possible levels
Implements and monitors an effective employee relations and welfare programme in the organization.
Participates in developing and implementing programmes to ensure employee security and safety.
Prepares and submits periodic reports for management's use in accordance with corporate and government requirements.
Desired candidate to be flexible to travel on branch requirements.
