Assisting customers with the services throughout projects ? Lead client delivery and meet the client expectation of project delivery ? Address client issues with speed and efficiency ? Ensuring contracts are carried out according to agreed terms ? Foster positive relationships with the customers as their primary point of contact ? Help clients implement services and plan projects effectively ? Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities ? Work with sales teams to generate new business ? Prepare reports on project performance ? Provide expertise on a broad and comprehensive range of human resources activities, including recruitment, compensation, performance management, talent development, employment transactions, policy compliance, and other related HR functional areas ? Identifying opportunities to enhance operations, policies, and procedures ? Approves personnel actions, including performance improvement documentation, contemplated and final action documentation, compensation and classification changes, personnel transactions, and other related HR transactions ? Conducts general needs analyses and provides recommendations regarding opportunities for improvement; develops and delivers routine training as needed. ? Assists with projects to improve the quality of HR consulting service's. ? Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
