to join us as

Senior HR Executive/Assistant Manager - HR (Business HR Role)

. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving HR excellence across talent management, engagement, and compliance functions.

Roles & Responsibilities:



Talent Acquisition:

Drive end-to-end recruitment, particularly for technical and non-technical roles in aerospace consumables.

Onboarding & Offboarding:

Ensure smooth induction and exit processes while maintaining compliance and documentation.

Employee Engagement:

Design and implement initiatives to improve employee morale, satisfaction, and retention.

Performance Management:

Coordinate annual and mid-year reviews, support goal setting, and performance development planning.

Learning & Development:

Identify skill gaps, propose training programs, and evaluate effectiveness post-delivery.

Compliance & Policy Management:

Ensure alignment with labor laws and AS9120 standards.

Employee Relations:

Address grievances, foster communication between teams and management, and promote a healthy work environment.

HR Analytics:

Monitor HR metrics like attrition, engagement, and recruitment data and report insights to senior leadership.

Compensation & Benefits:

Support payroll, incentive plans, benefits programs, and recognition schemes.

Cultural Building:

Help embed a high-performance, inclusive culture aligned with company values.

Required Qualifications:



Education:


Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Master's in HR or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:


3 to 5 years of experience in HR, preferably with exposure to business HR, recruitment, and engagement functions

Skills:



HR Strategy & Execution Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills Recruitment Platforms & ATS Experience Problem-Solving & Conflict Resolution Organizational Skills & Attention to Detail Cultural Awareness and Inclusion

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):



Employee Retention Rate Time to Hire/Fill Engagement Scores & Survey Results Training Completion & Impact Performance Review Completion Statutory & Certification Compliance (e.g., AS9120)

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
