Assistant Manager Hrbp Contract
Job Description
Support the implementation of the HRM to ensure timely and effective execution of all processes and regular escalations of all employee queries and grievances so as create an engaged and competent workforce. Support the effective implementation of the HRM strategy within HMC to ensure alignment with BU level strategy and organization goals Support the compliance to all industrial relations policies and requirements. Manage effective implementation of HRM processes within JSR operations to ensure the creation of an engaged workforce Management of human resources of the department to have an engaged, competent team and enable a working environment that drives high performance Skills Knowledge of HR processes (end-to-end) as per employee life cycle. Deep understanding of legal issues handling Contract Labour Management, Industrial Relations and Labour Laws. Exposure to specialist role in HRM like Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management System etc. shall be preferred Other details Graduate with Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management or MBA with specialization in HRM/Personnel/ IR
