Responsibilities

Our ideal candidates should have solid experience with HR practices and employee management. You will communicate with senior management to express new ideas and suggest solutions. Ultimately, you should be able to act as a consultant on human resources management and organizational changes.

  • Retention Management, Performance Appraisal, Compensation and Rewards, Motivation and Engagement, Talent Development, career & succession planning, mentoring & coaching
  • Identify training needs for teams and individuals, evaluate training programs.
  • Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
  • Consult with leadership team and provide daily HR guidance
  • Should analyze trends and metrics
  • Resolve complex employee relation issues and address grievances
  • Work closely with segment leaders and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
  • Provide HR policy guidance and suggest new HR strategies
Qualifications
  • Postgraduate or graduate degree in HR or related field
  • 3 to 5 years' experience working as a HRBP in a BPM/BPO Organization
Additional Requirements
  • Excellent stakeholder management, good influencing skills
  • Good Analytical skills; must have experience with HR metrics
  • Good knowledge in statutory related matters
  • Good communication skills- verbal and written
