Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Assistant Manager - HR Business Partner (HRBP) to
support the HRBP team in aligning HR strategies with the schools goals. This role will assist in
the delivery of HR services, including talent management, performance management, employee
relations, and organizational development initiatives. The ideal candidate will collaborate with
school leadership and employees to create a positive and productive work environment,
ensuring that the HR function adds value to the school community.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support HRBP Strategy Implementation:

and enhance organizational performance.
xe2x97x8b Collaborate with senior HR leaders and department heads to identify HR needs
and provide tailored HR solutions.
2. Employee Relations & Support:
xe2x97x8b Act as a point of contact for employees and managers for HR-related queries,
providing guidance on HR policies, processes, and best practices.
xe2x97x8b Help address employee concerns and issues, providing support for conflict
resolution and maintaining a positive work environment.
xe2x97x8b Assist with disciplinary processes, ensuring they align with policies and labor
laws.
3. Performance Management & Development:
xe2x97x8b Support the implementation and management of the performance appraisal
system, helping managers set clear performance goals, monitor progress, and
provide feedback.
xe2x97x8b Assist in the creation of development plans for employees and help track their
progress to ensure alignment with school goals.
xe2x97x8b Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans and support
in addressing performance-related issues.
4. Talent Management & Succession Planning:
xe2x97x8b Assist in talent management processes, including identifying and developing
future leaders.
xe2x97x8b Support the identification of high-potential employees and assist with succession
planning to ensure the leadership pipeline is strong.
5. Employee Engagement & Retention:
xe2x97x8b Support initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement, satisfaction, and
retention.
xe2x97x8b Assist in the collection and analysis of employee feedback through surveys,
focus groups, and other engagement tools.
xe2x97x8b Collaborate with the HR team to design and implement initiatives that enhance
employee well-being and morale.
6. Organizational Development & Change Management:
xe2x97x8b Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during
organizational changes or restructuring.
xe2x97x8b Contribute to creating and implementing strategies that improve organizational
efficiency and communication.
7. HR Reporting &Analytics:
xe2x97x8b Help track HR metrics, including turnover rates, employee satisfaction.
xe2x97x8b Assist in preparing regular HR reports to present to leadership, providing insights
and recommendations based on HR data and trends.
xe2x97x8b Provide data-driven recommendations to improve HR processes and outcomes.
8. Compliance &HR Policies:
xe2x97x8b Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with labor
laws and school regulations.
xe2x97x8b Help maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive
information.
xe2x97x8b Assist in ensuring that the schools HR practices adhere to industry best
practices and legal requirements.
9. Administrative Support:
xe2x97x8b Provide administrative support to the HRBP team, including scheduling meetings,
organizing employee programs, and maintaining HR documentation.
xe2x97x8b Assist with HR-related projects and initiatives as required, ensuring deadlines are
met and objectives are achieved.
Qualifications:
xe2x97x8f Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related
field.
xe2x97x8f 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 1-2 years of experience in an HRBP or HR
support role, ideally in an educational environment.
