Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Planning and conducting Induction

Plant Administration, compliances, handling local authorities

Security services management

Managing Contract Labour

Housekeeping, colony management, welfare measures

Cost optimisation

Employee engagement Activities

Campus recruitments

Benchmarking best practices with similar kind of industries

Employee retention strategies and measuring the index

Attendance and leave management

PMS, New initiatives, OD intervention and being a change agent

Training & Development Skill development and Behavioural trainings

Process improvisation to bring in efficiency

Statutory compliances

Personal attributes/ Behavioural competencies required for the position.

Analytical Skills

Team management, Communication skills specially articulation

Judgemental skills

Decision making abilities

Probing techniques

Should be handling team of min 2 employees

Coming up with solutions to problems

Knowledge Skill

HRMIS, automation , process initiation and improvisation , Knowledge of Labour laws, factories

act. Working knowledge of plants , local dynamics
