End-to-end hiring for multiple roles: sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer coordination.
Maintain recruitment trackers and closure MIS using Excel.
2. Performance Management
PMS cycle activities including goal setting, mid-year and annual review coordination.
ERP tools hands on usage and understanding.
3. Employee Engagement
Plan and execute internal employee engagement activities.
Conduct engagement surveys and prepare reports.
4. HR Operations
Co-ordinating in L& D. Onboarding, induction, exit formalities, payroll and other operations part.
Required Skills
Minimum 4 years of experience in HR Operations.
