Position - Assistant Manager - HR
Location - Noida
Experience- Minimum 2 Years
s: Identify and develop new business opportunities with overseas clients (especially in GCC, Europe, and other regions).
Build and maintain strong relationships with foreign employers and recruitment partners.
Understand client hiring needs and coordinate with the internal recruitment team to fulfill requirements.
Negotiate terms of business, service agreements, and contracts.
Achieve sales targets and ensure client satisfaction through efficient service delivery.
Stay updated with international recruitment trends, visa processes, and market demands.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field.
3-6 years of experience in international or overseas recruitment business development.
Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Knowledge of overseas labor laws, recruitment procedures, and documentation is preferred.
Ability to work independently and achieve targe
