Responsibilities for Assistant HR Manager



Manage Full - Cycle Recruitment

: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job postings to interviewing and on boarding new hires. .

Collaborate with Managers

: Work closely with department heads understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment solutions. . Recruitment

Methods

Establish and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies Internal Hr groups and online portals to enhance the recruitment process. .

Ensure Compliance

: Ensure all recruitment processes and statuary complies with Legal regulations and organizational policies.

Soft Skills:



Experience in Recruitment

: Proven experience in recruitment.

Strong Communication Skills

: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with candidates and collaborate with team members.

Analytical Skills

: Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and trends to inform decision-making and strategy development.

Negotiation Skills

: Proficiency in negotiating job offers and terms with candidates to ensure mutual satisfaction.

Leadership Abilities

: Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a recruitment team effectively.

Technical skill



1.Strong knowledge in Ms- office

2.knowledge in HRMS Software
