Job Description

Develop and implement effective and innovative recruiting strategies to attract qualified healthcare professionals, such as nurses, doctors, lab technicians, and administrative staff. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and career events. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and requirements. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support. Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates, providing a positive experience throughout the selection process. Ensure that all recruitment and hiring practices comply with relevant healthcare regulations, licensing, and certification requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, to optimize the hiring process. Promote the hospital's reputation and culture to attract and engage potential candidates.

Qualifications:



Master's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a recruiter, with at least 4-5 years in the healthcare or medical industry. Deep knowledge of healthcare roles, industry trends, and staffing challenges. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.

: Mastery of sourcing methods, including Boolean search and use of online platforms.

Interviewing

: Competence in conducting structured interviews and assessing candidates effectively.

Negotiation

: Strong negotiation skills for managing job offers and salary discussions.

Compliance

: Familiarity with employment laws and healthcare industry-specific regulations.

Relationship Building

: Ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
