Skills in recruitment and retention of clinical and non-clinical staff,
Compliance with labor laws, NABH HR standards, credentialing, performance management, employee relations, training coordination, and policy development
Qualification:
MBA in Human Resources , along with 5-8 years of relevant HR experience, of which at least 2-3 years should be in a NABH-accredited hospital, with proven exposure to NABH audits, accreditation documentation, and healthcare regulatory compliance.
