to handle core HR functions at our pharmaceutical manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of plant HR operations, statutory compliance, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & onboarding for plant-level roles
Attendance, leave, and overtime management
Payroll coordination and data input
Handling employee relations and shop-floor grievance management
Statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Factory Act, etc.)
Supporting training and development activities
Employee engagement initiatives
Liaison with government and labor authorities
Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
1-3 years of HR experience in a manufacturing/plant setup (pharma preferred)
Good understanding of labor laws and compliance
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
