will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR department with a focus on
talent acquisition, payroll management, HR operations, compliance, onboarding, and induction
. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless HR processes, foster employee engagement, and maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Hunting
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting top-tier candidates.
Develop and implement innovative talent-hunting strategies to attract passive candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
Manage employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
2. Human Resource Management
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback mechanisms.
Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
3. Data Compliance & Reporting
Ensure HR data integrity and confidentiality.
Maintain compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal policies.
Prepare and submit reports for internal and external audits.
Stay updated on changes in labor legislation and implement necessary adjustments.
4. Onboarding & Induction
Design and execute onboarding programs for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize employees with company culture, policies, and procedures.
Monitor the effectiveness of onboarding processes and suggest improvements.
5. General HR Operations
Manage employee records, documentation, and HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
Coordinate exit formalities, including exit interviews and full-and-final settlements.
Assist in organizing training and development programs.
Qualifications & Skills:Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA in HR or relevant certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
Experience:
5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Proven expertise in talent acquisition, payroll, and HR operations.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in HR software (e.g., SAP HR, Workday, Zoho People) and MS Office.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Time-to-fill for open positions.
Employee satisfaction scores related to onboarding and HR services.
Accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing.
Compliance audit results.
