Manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure compliance with all statutory regulations and labor laws.
Handle HR compliances, including EPF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
Process payroll using Savior and Saral software, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement.
Maintain accurate employee records and manage attendance, leaves, and salary deductions.
Assist in internal and external audits related to payroll and compliance matters.
Liaise with government bodies and ensure the organization is up to date with all compliance obligations.
Support the HR team in recruitment, employee engagement, and other generalist HR activities as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR with a focus on payroll and compliance.
Proficiency in Savior and Saral payroll software.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll processes, and statutory compliances.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
