to support the day-to-day HR functions of our resort. The ideal candidate will assist in managing recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, and HR operations to ensure a productive and compliant workplace that enhances both employee satisfaction and guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and orientation for resort staff across departments (housekeeping, front office, F&B, etc.).
Support employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and maintaining positive workplace culture.
Maintain HR records, attendance, leave, and employee files in compliance with company policy and labor laws.
Coordinate and track training and development programs for staff.
Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and resort-specific SOPs.
Support payroll processing by coordinating with accounts/finance and ensuring timely submissions.
Monitor staff performance appraisals and assist in performance management processes.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
Support the HR Manager in audits, HR metrics tracking, and reporting.
Foster a culture of hospitality, teamwork, and continuous improvement among employees.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA in HR (preferred but not mandatory).
4-7 years of HR experience, preferably in the
hospitality or resort industry
.
Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
