Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Assistant HR Manager
to support our HR operations across real estate and IT verticals. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in HR roles within the
Real estate or IT industry
and be well-versed in compliance, documentation, and employee engagement.
Responsibilities
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Coordinate attendance, leave, and payroll inputs
Ensure statutory compliance (EPF, ESI, LWF, etc.)
Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
Liaise with department heads for manpower planning
Assist in policy implementation and HR audits
Qualifications
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
2-4 years of experience in HR operations
Preference for candidates from
Real Estate or IT industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office and HR software
Knowledge of labor laws and compliance processes
