Key Responsibilities:

1. Employee Lifecycle Management

Oversee onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, and exit processes. Ensure completeness of employee files and HRMS accuracy. Review and validate documents processed by HR Operations Executives.

2. Payroll & HRMS Governance

Ensure timely and accurate submission of monthly payroll inputs. Validate attendance, leave reconciliations, CTC changes, deductions, and F&F inputs. Maintain HRMS workflow accuracy and support system enhancements.

3. HR Operations Compliance

Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, gratuity, Shops & Establishment, and labour law norms. Manage documentation for audits (statutory, internal, HR audits). Ensure data security and policy adherence.

4. Data, Reporting & MIS

Prepare and review MIS reports: headcount, attrition, absenteeism, joiners/exits, manpower cost. Highlight trends, risks, and propose improvements. Ensure monthly HR dashboards are aligned with leadership requirements.

5. Employee Query Management

Oversee and ensure timely closure of employee queries escalated to HR operations. Improve overall employee experience related to HR service delivery.

6. Process Improvement & SOP Management

Improve HR operational SOPs and processes. Lead HR automation or digitization improvements. Ensure consistent implementation across locations.

Graduation/Post Graduation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
