Minimum 6 years in HR operations

MBA in HR/MSW
Working Days & Hours:
6 days a week, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Manage HR operations across multiple retail outlets in Kolkata.
Conduct periodic store visits to ensure compliance, employee engagement, and workforce management.
Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and grievance management.
Act as the link between the Corporate HR team and store-level HR activities.
Drive implementation of HR policies, employee retention initiatives, and performance review processes.
Collaborate with store managers to support manpower planning and workforce discipline.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong background in HR operations (minimum 6 years).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in retail HR operations will be an added advantage.
Ability to multitask, travel between stores, and coordinate with diverse teams.
Female candidates are strongly preferred for this role.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
