Manage end-to-end employee grievance handling for the South region, including PF, attendance, leave, F&F, policy clarifications, and employee concerns.
Oversee onboarding compliance by cross-verifying new joiner data, documentation, salary annexures, bank details, and Aadhaar for accurate payroll processing.
Prepare and share monthly payroll inputs with Head Office, covering employee mappings, new joiners/exits, holds, referrals, insurance deductions, HRIS updates, and salary revisions.
Coordinate with portal vendors (Zing) for daily issue resolutions, including confirmations, resignations, PIP/probation closures, and complaint ticket follow-ups.
Maintain and update key HR reports such as rotational doctor lists, headcount data, EDB, F&F statements, and attrition reports for payroll, quality, and operations teams.
Manage the end-to-end exit process including notice-period follow-ups, handover coordination, F&F preparation, approvals, and issuing experience letters.
Liaise with the finance team, analytics team, and Head HR to ensure seamless processing of HR operations and compliance deliverables.
Preferred Candidate Profile :
5-7 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll coordination, or Employee Life Cycle management.
Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms (preferably Zing HR) and strong understanding of payroll & statutory processes.
Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills across multi-location setups.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy, ownership, and process orientation.
