Assist in day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
Monitor and coordinate internal processes to improve operational efficiency.
Handle travel coordination, scheduling, vendor management, and office logistics.
Maintain and track operational checklists and ensure timely execution of tasks.
Prepare, update, and manage
MIS reports
on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
Analyze data and share performance summaries with relevant departments.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness in generating operational and HR-related reports.
Assist in data entry and database management.
Support in recruitment coordination - posting jobs, scheduling interviews, following up with candidates.
Assist in maintaining employee records and documentation.
Coordinate onboarding processes for new employees.
Support attendance, leave tracking, and other HR operational tasks.
Key Skills Required:
Strong command over MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis, etc.) and MS Office.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good communication skills - written and verbal.
Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
