Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations Management:
Oversee day-to-day HR operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies and labour laws.
Payroll Processing:
Manage end-to-end payroll operations, including salary processing, statutory compliance, and resolving payroll-related queries.
On boarding & Exit Formalities:
Coordinate and execute on boarding processes for new hires, including documentation, induction, and orientation. Manage exit formalities ensuring a smooth transition and proper clearance.
Training & Development:
Assist in planning and coordinating training programs and workshops to support employee growth and development initiatives.
Letter Preparation:
Prepare various HR-related letters such as appointment letters, experience certificates, salary certificates, warning letters, and other official correspondence.
Event Coordination & Planning:
Plan and coordinate HR events including employee engagement activities, corporate events, and team-building exercises.
Record Maintenance:
Maintain accurate employee records, update HR databases, and generate reports as needed.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and external agencies to facilitate HR operations and events.
Vendor Management & Coordination:
Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers related to HR operations, training, payroll, and events. Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of services.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in HR operations.
Strong knowledge of payroll systems, labour laws, and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office and HRIS/payroll software.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proactive and solution-oriented mind-set.

Western Formals (Monday to Thursday) Solid color no florals are allowed
Thursday - solid kurtas are allowed with pants optional
Friday & Saturday - Casuals
Timings 10.30 am to 6.30 pm
