Execute HR operations job role from 'Hire to Retire' which includes disburse of offer letters/appointment letters / confirmation process/ FNF process etc.
Prepare CTC annexure & explain the same to candidates.
Maintenance of employee files and documents for record purpose.
Manage timely attendance, leave, and overtime records, in software & excel.
Assist the team in payroll process and MIS preparation.
Coordination with payroll team for statutory compliance like ESIC, PF, PT, Gratuity, Bonus, MLWF & other relevant acts.
Handle employee grievances related to salary, PF, ESIC, PT, FNF Etc with fruitful conclusion.
Update on daily routine & HR operational issues to HRBP.
Submission of MIS reports (In house Payroll, contract payroll, attendance, OT, contractor MIS,) within timescale.
