? Maintain and update employee attendance, leave, and salary records.
? Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS,
? and other applicable labor laws.
? Prepare and file statutory returns, and coordinate with auditors for payroll-related
? audits.
? Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to gather payroll inputs and perform
? reconciliation.
? Manage end-to-end Full & Final settlements for exiting employees in a timely
manner.
? Stay updated with the latest changes in payroll regulations, tax laws, and HR
? compliance norms.
? Address employee queries related to payroll, deductions, reimbursements, and
? payslips efficiently.
? Support in automation, process improvements, and system updates for payroll and
HR
? operations.
? Assist in HR administrative functions such as maintaining employee records, HRIS
? updates, and generating MIS reports.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Commerce, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in payroll processing and HR operations.
Strong knowledge of statutory compliances and labor law regulations.
Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS / payroll software (e.g., GreytHR, Zoho People,
etc.).
Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
