Our Client is a reputed company in providing Integrated Passenger Services and a Aviation hospitality company with a team of passionate professionals managing large blue- and grey-collar workforces who ensure smooth day-to-day airport operations.

Position:

Assistant Manager - HR Operations

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR professional to handle end-to-end HR operations. The role involves managing recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll, compliance, employee relations, Union Coordination and engagement for our on-ground workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end HR operations Hiring, onboarding, and induction training. Maintain attendance, leave, and payroll coordination with accuracy. Ensure 100% compliance with statutory laws (PF, ESI, PT, etc.). Handle employee relations, grievance management, and union coordination. Implement company's disciplinary policies and ensure workplace discipline. Conduct employee engagement and welfare initiatives. Maintain HR records, reports, and MIS for management review. Liaise with airport authorities and internal departments for manpower planning and staff related challenges.

Qualifications & Experience:

MBA / PGDM in HR or MSW (HR Specialization). 5-8 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in hospitality, facility management, or airport operations. Strong knowledge of payroll, compliance, and labour laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and HRIS tools.
