Key Responsibilities:

Employee Engagement & Culture Building

- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture

Performance Management & Training

- Implement structured performance appraisal systems and L&D programs

HR Compliance & Policies

- Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory compliances, and company policies
?

HR Operations & Payroll Coordination

- Oversee HR processes, employee records, payroll coordination, and benefits administration
?

Conflict Resolution & Grievance Handling

- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership on HR matters
?

HR Data & Reporting

- Monitor key HR metrics and provide insights to drive business growth

What We're Looking for:



? Strong understanding of HR best practices, compliance, and labor laws
? Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
? Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
? Experience in managing multi-location HR operations is a plus
