Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exits.
Maintain accurate employee records and digital files on HRMS.
Ensure all employee documents and letters are prepared and archived timely.
Manage HRMS data, workflows, and approvals (attendance, leave, and employee updates).
Regularly audit employee data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Generate monthly HR reports and analytics dashboards.
Continuously optimize HR processes for greater efficiency.
Prepare and validate inputs for monthly payroll.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements--PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, LWF, etc.
Maintain statutory records and liaise with auditors or consultants as needed.
Support implementation of new HR policies and ensure adherence.
Be the first point of contact for employee queries and grievance resolution.
Support and coordinate employee engagement activities, celebrations, and wellness programs.
Promote company culture and assist in driving positive employee experiences.
Track probation reviews and ensure timely confirmations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
6-10 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Generalist roles.
Strong knowledge of HR processes, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
Experience with HRMS tools .
Experience with payroll
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
