Key Responsibilities
Handle employee queries, grievances, and support a positive work environment.
Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring HR policies and procedures.
Support payroll processing, attendance management, and benefits administration.
Ensure HR practices comply with statutory laws and labor regulations.
Prepare HR reports and analyze data related to attendance, attrition, and other HR metrics.
Travel to company branches as required for HR and operational support.
Required Skills & Competencies
5+ years of experience in
HR Generalist / HR Operations
Factory or multi-location HR exposure preferred
Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle HR operations independently
Proficiency in MS Excel and HR systems
