Oversee daily attendance and biometric systems while ensuring leave requests align with policy. Manage the end-to-end payroll process, including data collation, slip distribution, and resolving pay-related inquiries.
Compliance & Lifecycle Management:
Execute monthly PF and ESIC filings in adherence to labor regulations. Facilitate the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding documentation and background checks to final exit clearances.
Office & Culture Management:
Maintain facility standards, manage vendor relations, and oversee office procurement/petty cash. Support a positive workplace by organizing internal events and engagement initiatives.
Desired Profile
Background:
2+ years of specialized experience in HR operations, specifically with PF/ESI and payroll.
Education:
Degree in HR or Business Administration.
Competencies:
Advanced MS Excel skills and HRMS proficiency. Strong communication skills with a focus on multitasking and data privacy.
