Job Description

You will partner with business and functional leaders at our Aurangabad Plant to align HR strategies with business priorities. Your mission is to enable workforce effectiveness through continuous skill development, training, and employee engagement.

1. Business Partnership

You act as a strategic partner to plant leadership and functional heads. You provide HR insights and solutions that align with business needs. You influence decision-making through data-driven HR interventions.

2. Talent Management & Development

You drive talent acquisition strategies in line with manpower planning. You lead HR budgeting, talent development, career progression, and succession planning. You identify skill gaps and implement L&D initiatives to build plant capabilities for both Blue and White Collar employees. You lead the CSD Pillar.

3. Performance & Reward Management

You drive the performance management cycle by guiding managers and employees on goal setting, reviews, and feedback. You partner in designing and implementing rewards, recognition, and retention programs.

4. Employee Engagement & Culture

You champion employee engagement initiatives to foster an inclusive, high-performance culture. You act as an employee advocate while balancing business needs. You conduct regular connect sessions to address employee concerns.

5. Compliance & HR Processes

You ensure HR policies, procedures, and statutory compliance are implemented effectively. You manage payroll inputs and coordination for White Collar employees. You support HR audits and governance. You provide timely HR reports and analytics to management.

6. Change & Transformation

You lead HR interventions for organizational change management. You drive initiatives related to productivity, digitization, and continuous improvement.
