Responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and HR compliance within the BPO environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Handle employee relations and grievance management.
Drive engagement and retention initiatives.
Support performance appraisal and payroll coordination.
Ensure HR policies and compliance are followed.
Prepare HR reports and MIS.
Requirements:
Graduate / MBA in HR or related field.
3-6 years of HR experience, preferably in BPO.
Strong communication, people management, and analytical skills.
