+ - Responsible of employee life cycle management [ personal files / payroll addition - deletion input / follow up for F&F & experience letter / employee master / BGV / Insurance list etc] Collecting HRR from respective team, raising of HRR in Talent link, follow up upto level 2 and sharing with TA team for next approvals.
Maintaining HRR tracker
Sharing resumes via Naukri portal / internal reference
Job positing on Phenom, Naukri, Linked In, IJP
Offer letter (generation to release) / Pre-joining connect
Pre-onboarding via Talent Link to generate ECN & email ID
Requirements

3-5 years of experience
Well versed with Naukri portal + TA systems
