Handle end-to-end recruitment processes
Prepare job descriptions (JDs) as per hiring requirements
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and walk-ins
Well-versed in hiring freshers and interns
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and clients
Take care of the recruitment team and provide necessary support and guidance
Interact and coordinate with clients to understand hiring requirements and provide updates
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Assist with offer rollouts, documentation, and the onboarding process
Support campus hiring, job fairs, and recruitment drives

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
