Role



Process monthly payroll using Paypac, integrating attendance and leave records from HRMS and Excel. Ensure accurate salary disbursement within organizational deadlines. Administer and validate statutory deductions including PF, ESI, LWF, Professional Tax. File statutory returns and upload challans within due timelines (PF, ESI, LWF, P Tax). Process full & final settlements Maintain compliance with Bonus Act, Gratuity Act, and other applicable labour laws. Address and resolve employee payroll-related queries including salary, deductions, payslips, and taxation. Support statutory audits, due diligence, and labour law inspections with accurate records and timely responses. Prepare and reconcile payroll MIS reports, registers, and variance analysis for management review. Stay updated with state-wise statutory regulations, wage code amendments, and income tax laws.

Minimum requirements



Minimum

2 years of experience

independently handling payroll processing for

500+ employees for more than 2 States

Strong knowledge of state-specific labour laws and statutory compliances (PF, ESI, LWF, P Tax, Statutory Bonus, Gratuity). Hands-on experience with

Payroll Software

and

HRMS integration

for attendance & leave validations. Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, reconciliations).

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
