Process monthly payroll using Paypac, integrating attendance and leave records from HRMS and Excel.
Ensure accurate salary disbursement within organizational deadlines.
Administer and validate statutory deductions including PF, ESI, LWF, Professional Tax.
File statutory returns and upload challans within due timelines (PF, ESI, LWF, P Tax).
Process full & final settlements
Maintain compliance with Bonus Act, Gratuity Act, and other applicable labour laws.
Address and resolve employee payroll-related queries including salary, deductions, payslips, and taxation.
Support statutory audits, due diligence, and labour law inspections with accurate records and timely responses.
Prepare and reconcile payroll MIS reports, registers, and variance analysis for management review.
Stay updated with state-wise statutory regulations, wage code amendments, and income tax laws.
